Hold ADS (L2/LT) and press Options/Menu.

Navigate & adjust

On the main list, D-pad Up/Down browses mods and Left/Right toggles or cycles the selected mod. In edit mode, Up/Down changes the field and ADS + D-pad adjusts its value.

Select & back

Cross/A enters edit mode. Circle/B returns from edit mode.

Save & exit

Press Circle/B from the main mod list to run save_toggles and close.
