1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service apply to your access to the CzenScripts website and your purchase or use of our digital products.

By accessing the website, placing an order or downloading a product, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy and Return and Refund Policy.

If you do not agree, you must not purchase or use our products.

2. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Where you are under the legal age required to enter into a contract, a parent or legal guardian must review and approve the purchase and these terms.

3. Products

CzenScripts provides digital products that may include:

• Cronus Zen scripts;
• configuration files;
• setup documentation;
• digital guides;
• product updates; and
• related downloadable content.

The features, compatibility and inclusions of each product are described on its product page.

Screenshots, videos, demonstrations and examples are provided to explain the product. Individual performance may vary depending on hardware, firmware, controller settings, game settings, software versions, connection quality and third-party updates.

4. Orders and payment

You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information when placing an order.

Prices are displayed during checkout. Any applicable taxes, discounts or charges will be shown before payment is completed.

An order is accepted when payment is successfully processed and we issue an order confirmation or provide access to the digital product.

We may cancel or review an order where:

• payment is declined;
• fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected;
• incorrect pricing or product information was displayed;
• a technical error affected the transaction; or
• fulfilling the order would breach a law or payment-provider requirement.

Where we cancel a paid order before supplying the product, we will provide an appropriate refund.

5. Digital delivery

Products are delivered electronically through email, a download page, a customer account or another method described during checkout.

You are responsible for:

• entering a correct email address;
• maintaining access to that email account;
• checking spam and junk folders;
• using compatible hardware and software; and
• securely storing downloaded files.

6. Licence

Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, purchasing a CzenScripts product grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the product for your own private use.

Ownership of the product and its intellectual property is not transferred to you.

You must not, without written permission:

• resell, redistribute, publish or share the product;
• upload the product to file-sharing, marketplace or download websites;
• provide copies to another person;
• remove copyright, branding or ownership notices;
• falsely claim that you created or own the product;
• commercially exploit the product;
• use the product to create an unauthorised competing product; or
• attempt to bypass licence, access or security controls.

7. Customer responsibility and third-party rules

CzenScripts is an independent digital-product provider.

Games, consoles, platforms, online services and hardware providers may have their own rules, licence agreements and acceptable-use policies. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with all rules that apply to your account, hardware, game or platform.

We do not guarantee that a third party will permit the use of a particular script or accessory. You accept the risk that a third party may restrict functionality, block compatibility, suspend an account or take other action under its own rules.

Nothing in these terms authorises unlawful conduct, unauthorised access, harassment, commercial exploitation, interference with another person’s systems or any breach of applicable law.

8. Compatibility

Compatibility information is stated on each product page.

You are responsible for checking:

• the supported game;
• supported console or platform;
• required Cronus Zen hardware;
• controller compatibility;
• firmware or software requirements; and
• any other stated requirements.

Third-party games, firmware, consoles and platforms may be changed or updated without our control. We may provide updates or support where reasonably possible, but we do not promise permanent compatibility unless expressly stated.

9. Updates and support

A purchase includes only the support, documentation and updates expressly described on the relevant product page.

We may modify, replace or discontinue optional updates and support features. This does not affect rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Support does not include responsibility for:

• damaged or incorrectly configured hardware;
• unsupported devices;
• third-party account restrictions;
• game or platform outages;
• internet-connection problems;
• unauthorised modifications to a product; or
• problems caused by failing to follow supplied instructions.

10. Intellectual property

The CzenScripts website, branding, product files, scripts, written content, graphics and original materials are owned by or licensed to CzenScripts and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Third-party game names, platform names, product names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. References to them are used only to describe compatibility or subject matter and do not imply sponsorship, partnership or endorsement.

11. Reviews and user content

Where you submit a review, message, suggestion or other content, you confirm that:

• it is accurate and based on your genuine experience;
• it does not infringe another person’s rights;
• it is not unlawful, abusive, deceptive or defamatory; and
• you have permission to submit it.

You grant CzenScripts permission to display and use submitted reviews and feedback for operating and promoting the business, subject to applicable privacy law.

12. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• interfere with the operation or security of the website;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts or systems;
• use automated tools to scrape or overload the website;
• submit fraudulent orders or payment disputes;
• distribute malware or harmful code;
• impersonate another person;
• use the website for unlawful activity; or
• infringe our or another person’s intellectual-property rights.

13. Consumer guarantees

Our products and services may come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any statutory guarantee, warranty, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• products are provided according to the description displayed at the time of purchase;
• we do not guarantee particular gameplay results, rankings, performance improvements or outcomes;
• we do not control third-party games, consoles, platforms, firmware or services;
• we are not responsible for third-party outages, rule changes, updates, restrictions or account enforcement decisions; and
• general website information is not professional, legal or technical advice for your individual circumstances.

These disclaimers do not apply where doing so would exclude a right that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CzenScripts will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, including loss arising from third-party platform decisions, unsupported modifications or misuse of a product.

Where liability can lawfully be limited, our liability may be limited to an appropriate remedy such as re-supplying the product, correcting the problem or refunding the amount paid.

Nothing in this section limits liability where a limitation is prohibited by law.

16. Suspension and termination

We may suspend access to support, accounts or future downloads where we reasonably believe a customer has:

• redistributed or resold a product;
• engaged in fraud;
• compromised website security;
• seriously breached these terms; or
• used our services unlawfully.

Suspension does not remove any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to our products, business practices or legal obligations.

The terms applying to a purchase will generally be those displayed when the order was placed, except where a change is required by law or agreed with you.

18. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the applicable laws of the state or territory in which CzenScripts is legally established.

Nothing in this section removes any right you may have to bring a claim in another jurisdiction where that right cannot legally be excluded.
