Shipping policy
1. No physical shipping
CzenScripts sells digital products only. We do not ship physical goods, and no physical delivery or shipping fee applies unless a product page expressly states otherwise.
2. Delivery method
After successful payment, digital products are normally delivered through one or more of the following:
- a download link displayed after checkout;
- an order-confirmation email;
- a separate digital-delivery email;
- a customer-account download page; or
- another electronic delivery method identified on the product page.
3. Delivery timing
Digital access is generally provided after payment has been confirmed.
Delivery may be delayed where:
- a payment remains pending;
- an order requires fraud or security review;
- an incorrect email address was provided;
- an email provider filters the delivery message;
- the website or delivery provider experiences a temporary technical issue; or
- additional verification is reasonably required.
4. Missing delivery
Before contacting support:
- Check your spam, junk and promotions folders.
- Search your inbox for “CzenScripts”.
- Confirm that the email address used at checkout was correct.
- Check whether the download appears in your customer account.
If you still cannot access the product, email hello@czenscripts.com with your order number and purchasing email address.
5. Incorrect email addresses
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address.
Where an incorrect address was entered, contact us promptly. We may require proof of purchase before changing the delivery address or reissuing access.
6. Technical problems
Where delivery fails because of a problem within our systems, we will take reasonable steps to restore access or provide another delivery method.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.
7. International customers
Digital products may be available to customers outside Australia, subject to local laws, payment availability and any restrictions displayed during checkout.
Customers are responsible for determining whether purchasing and using the product is lawful and permitted in their location and on their relevant platform.
