Refund policy

1. Digital products

CzenScripts sells digital products, including downloadable Cronus Zen scripts, configuration files, documentation and related digital content.

Our products are delivered electronically. No physical product is shipped.

2. Change-of-mind refunds

Because digital products can be accessed, downloaded, copied or used immediately after delivery, we do not provide refunds, returns or exchanges where:

  • you change your mind;
  • you purchase the wrong script;
  • you no longer want or need the product;
  • you find a similar product elsewhere;
  • you fail to review the product description or compatibility information;
  • you do not have the required compatible hardware, software, game, console or controller;
  • your game account, console account or platform account is restricted, suspended or banned; or
  • the product stops working because of a third-party game, console, firmware, platform or software update outside our reasonable control.

Please review the product description, compatibility requirements and any setup information before completing your purchase.

3. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, re-supply or another remedy where a digital product:

  • is materially different from its description;
  • contains a major fault;
  • cannot perform its stated purpose;
  • is not supplied;
  • cannot be accessed because of a problem caused by CzenScripts; or
  • otherwise fails to satisfy an applicable consumer guarantee.

The remedy available will depend on the nature and seriousness of the problem and the requirements of applicable law.

For a minor problem, we may first provide troubleshooting, an updated file, a replacement download or another reasonable fix. Where a major failure exists, you may be entitled to choose a refund or replacement where required by law.

4. Compatibility and third-party updates

Product compatibility is based on the information displayed on the relevant product page at the time of purchase.

Games, consoles, controllers, firmware and third-party platforms may be updated or changed without notice. We do not guarantee permanent compatibility with future third-party updates unless that guarantee is expressly stated in the product description.

This section does not limit any rights you may have where the product did not meet the description or compatibility claims that applied when you purchased it.

5. Download and delivery issues

If you do not receive your download email or cannot access your purchase, check your spam or junk folder and confirm that the email address entered during checkout was correct.

Contact us at hello@czenscripts.com with:

  • your name;
  • order number;
  • purchasing email address;
  • the product purchased;
  • a description of the issue; and
  • screenshots or error messages where relevant.

We may request reasonable information to verify the purchase and investigate the issue.

6. Duplicate purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, contact us promptly. We may refund a verified duplicate transaction where the duplicate product has not been separately redeemed, transferred or otherwise used.

7. Refund method

Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may depend on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.

We do not sell personal information for money.

7. Overseas processing

Some service providers may store or process information outside Australia. The countries involved may vary depending on the providers and infrastructure used by Shopify, payment processors, analytics services, email platforms and other technology providers.

Where applicable, we take reasonable steps to use reputable providers and protect personal information handled outside Australia.

8. Information security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal information from loss, misuse, interference, unauthorised access, modification and disclosure.

However, no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and notifying us if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may need to verify your identity before processing a request. In limited circumstances, we may refuse access where permitted or required by law, in which case we will explain the reason where appropriate.

We will review the complaint and respond within a reasonable period. Where applicable, you may also have the right to contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner or another relevant regulator.

Our website and products are not intended to collect personal information from children without appropriate permission.

A person who does not have legal capacity to enter into a purchase must have a parent or legal guardian complete or approve the transaction.
