Hold ADS (default L2/LT) and press Options/Menu to open the MOD MENU.
With ADS released, D-pad Left/Right changes the category and D-pad Up/Down moves through the rows. Hold ADS while using the D-pad to edit the highlighted setting: Left/Right makes fine numeric changes, Up/Down makes larger changes, and toggle or list fields use the displayed Up/Down choices.
No separate Cross/A selection is required for normal menu values. Move the white highlight to the setting you want, then hold ADS and use the D-pad to edit it.
Repeat ADS + Options/Menu to close the MOD MENU. The close path runs the script Save routine and writes the supported settings to persistent storage.
The One includes separate Primary and Secondary Aim Assist pages plus Headshot Assist, Steady Aim, movement, weapon, quick-gun and Anti-Recoil Workshop pages. The source notes that the default OLED screen can appear blank until the menu command is used.
