Before you begin

Start with the recommended baseline, change one value at a time, and test each adjustment under consistent conditions.

Looking for the best values for the Yoga Apotheosis NBA 2K26 Cronus Zen script? The best starting configuration is the script’s original default preset.

Yoga Apotheosis includes an OLED adjustment menu, two shooting profiles, right-stick shooting support, optional movement features, defensive assistance, a shot counter, and a display showing the duration of your most recent shot input.

The values below are the exact defaults built into the uploaded script.

Best Yoga Apotheosis Default Values

Setting Recommended value
Tempo Speed 40 ms
Remap Stick L3
Shot Mode Go To + Fade
Yoga Spam Off
RS Shooting On
RS Tempo 40 ms
Yoga Boost Off
QuickStop Off
Defense Assist Off

For the intended baseline experience, leave all nine settings exactly as shown above.

Recommended Yoga Apotheosis Preset

Use this preset when first installing the script:

  • Tempo Speed: 40
  • Remap Stick: L3
  • Shot Mode: Go To + Fade
  • Yoga Spam: Off
  • RS Shooting: On
  • RS Tempo: 40
  • Yoga Boost: Off
  • QuickStop: Off
  • Defense Assist: Off

This configuration keeps the primary shooting system active while leaving the more specialised movement and defensive options disabled.

How to Open the Yoga Apotheosis Menu

The script includes an OLED menu that can be controlled directly from a PlayStation-style controller.

Use the following commands:

  • L2 + Options: Open or close the menu
  • Hold L2 + Left/Right: Move between settings
  • Hold L2 + Up/Down: Change the selected setting

The two adjustable timing values can be changed between 0 and 300 milliseconds.

The uploaded build does not appear to use persistent-memory save commands. Settings may therefore return to their coded defaults when the script or device is reloaded.

Tempo Speed: 40 ms

Tempo Speed controls the delay used by the standard shooting sequence.

The default value is:

40 milliseconds

The full default sequence uses the following internal values:

  1. Right stick is positioned at Y 10 / X 50
  2. The script waits 10 ms
  3. The Tempo Speed delay of 40 ms is applied
  4. Right stick moves to Y -100
  5. That position is held for 185 ms
  6. Right stick returns to neutral

A lower Tempo Speed value begins the main stick movement sooner. A higher value delays it.

Because jump-shot timing can vary with animation, build, release speed, latency, and game mode, 40 ms should be treated as the script’s intended starting value rather than a guaranteed universal green-window value.

Remap Stick: L3

The default remap option is:

L3

When the remap is set to L3, pressing L3 produces a full Square-button input.

The alternative menu option is:

R3

This allows the user to choose whether L3 or R3 should act as the shooting input. The default L3 option is recommended unless R3 is more comfortable for your controller layout.

Shot Mode: Go To + Fade

The default Shot Mode is:

Go To + Fade

The script offers two modes:

  • Hop Jumper
  • Go To + Fade

Default Go To + Fade sequence

The Go To + Fade profile uses these built-in values:

  1. Right stick X moves to -20
  2. It remains there for 45 ms
  3. Right stick moves to Y 95 / X -25
  4. That position is held for 120 ms
  5. Right stick returns to neutral

The script selects this profile when Go To + Fade mode is active and the corresponding shooting condition is detected.

Hop Jumper sequence

The alternative Hop Jumper profile uses the standard Tempo Speed sequence:

  • Initial stick position: Y 10 / X 50
  • Initial wait: 10 ms
  • Tempo Speed: 40 ms
  • Main stick position: Y -100
  • Main hold time: 185 ms

Go To + Fade remains the recommended default because it is the profile selected in the original script.

Yoga Spam: Off

The default Yoga Spam setting is:

Off

When enabled, the script repeatedly sends the Cross-button input using this cycle:

  • Cross pressed at 100% for 10 ms
  • Cross released for 10 ms
  • Sequence repeats

This is a very rapid repeating input, so it is disabled in the recommended preset.

RS Shooting: On

Right-stick shooting is the only optional feature enabled by default.

The default value is:

On

The script watches for right-stick movement beyond 70 in either direction. It records the initial vertical direction and measures how long the stick remains beyond the threshold.

Its built-in detection values are:

RS shooting parameter Default
Stick activation threshold 70
Required hold duration More than 200 ms
RS Tempo 40 ms
Reverse movement duration 175 ms
Stick output strength 100

When the stick returns toward neutral after being held beyond the threshold for more than 200 ms, the script runs the corresponding directional sequence.

Upward RS sequence

  • Right stick Y moves to 100
  • Hold for 40 ms
  • Right stick Y moves to -100
  • Hold for 175 ms
  • Return to neutral

Downward RS sequence

  • Right stick Y moves to -100
  • Hold for 40 ms
  • Right stick Y moves to 100
  • Hold for 175 ms
  • Return to neutral

RS Tempo: 40 ms

The default RS Tempo value is:

40 milliseconds

RS Tempo controls the first stage of the right-stick shooting sequence. It can be adjusted from 0 to 300 ms through the OLED menu.

The reverse movement remains hard-coded at 175 ms.

For the intended default setup, keep RS Tempo at 40 ms before making any small adjustments.

Yoga Boost: Off

The default Yoga Boost setting is:

Off

When enabled and no shooting sequence is active, Yoga Boost scales left-stick movement to 70% of the controller input.

Its internal values are:

Yoga Boost parameter Value
Movement activation threshold 20
Left-stick output scale 70%
Neutral output below threshold 0

This feature can create more controlled movement, but it also changes normal left-stick behaviour. It is therefore disabled in the recommended default preset.

QuickStop: Off

The default QuickStop setting is:

Off

The feature checks for several conditions:

  • Right trigger above 30
  • Left-stick movement at or above 20
  • Square pressed
  • QuickStop not already active

Its internal stick sequence is:

  1. Right stick X moves to 100
  2. Hold for 50 ms
  3. Right stick X returns to 0
  4. Wait 100 ms

While the sequence is active, the script can neutralise movement, shooting, and trigger inputs before completing the shooting action.

QuickStop is disabled by default because it changes several inputs at once and should be tested separately from the standard shooting preset.

Defense Assist: Off

The default Defense Assist setting is:

Off

When enabled, the feature activates while:

  • L2 is above 20
  • R1 is above 20
  • Left-stick movement is above 20

While active, the script:

  • Suppresses the R1 input
  • Copies left-stick X movement to right-stick X
  • Copies left-stick Y movement to right-stick Y

This creates linked movement between the two sticks while the activation controls are held. It is disabled in the recommended configuration.

Built-In Shooting Statistics

Yoga Apotheosis includes an OLED statistics display.

The script records:

  • Shots: Number of completed Square-button shooting inputs
  • Last ms: How long the most recent Square input was held

The timer increases while Square is held and stores the final duration when Square is released.

This can help compare manual input durations, but it does not automatically identify a green release or determine the ideal NBA 2K26 animation timing.

Internal Default Values

The following values are built into the script and are not exposed as normal OLED menu settings:

Internal parameter Default
Standard initial right-stick Y 10
Standard initial right-stick X 50
Initial standard wait 10 ms
Standard release right-stick Y -100
Standard release duration 185 ms
Go To + Fade initial X -20
Go To + Fade initial duration 45 ms
Go To + Fade main Y 95
Go To + Fade main X -25
Go To + Fade duration 120 ms
RS activation threshold 70
RS minimum hold detection More than 200 ms
RS reverse duration 175 ms
Yoga Boost movement scale 70%
General movement threshold 20
QuickStop trigger threshold 30
QuickStop stick duration 50 ms
QuickStop neutral duration 100 ms
Yoga Spam press duration 10 ms
Yoga Spam release duration 10 ms

These values work together as part of the script’s original design. Editing a single hard-coded value can alter how an entire sequence behaves.

Recommended Testing Process

Start with the complete default preset and test it before changing either timing value.

Use this process:

  1. Set Tempo Speed to 40
  2. Set RS Tempo to 40
  3. Keep Shot Mode on Go To + Fade
  4. Keep RS Shooting enabled
  5. Leave Yoga Spam, Yoga Boost, QuickStop, and Defense Assist disabled
  6. Test the script with your normal jump shot and controller settings
  7. Change only one timing value at a time
  8. Use small adjustments rather than large jumps
  9. Record which value was changed so the default can be restored

The GPC file does not contain specific recommendations for NBA 2K26 jump-shot animations, visual cues, release timing profiles, controller deadzones, latency conditions, or player builds. Those should not be presented as official Yoga Apotheosis defaults.
