Start with the recommended baseline, change one value at a time, and test each adjustment under consistent conditions.
If you're setting up Eclipse V9 for Warzone or Eclipse V9 for Black Ops 7, the large number of aim and controller settings can make it difficult to know where to start.
We analyzed the current Eclipse V9 GPC and recommend beginning with the values already built into the script before making stronger adjustments.
These are recommended starting values, not universal perfect settings. Your sensitivity, deadzones, controller layout and selected weapon profile can all affect how the same configuration feels.
Recommended Eclipse V9 Values
| Setting | Recommended Value |
|---|---|
| Shake Assist | On |
| Shake Style | Type 1 |
| Shake Type | Circle |
| Shake Radius | 12 |
| Shake Speed | 8 |
| Boost Radius | 12 |
| Boost Speed | 8 |
| Human Behavior | High |
| Ghost Tracker | Off initially |
| Silent Aim | Off initially |
Use These Values on All Three Profiles First
Eclipse V9 contains three main weapon/aim states:
- Primary
- Secondary
- Ground Loot
The current GPC initializes the main aim values the same way for all three profiles.
For your first setup, we recommend doing the same.
Start with:
- Radius: 12
- Speed: 8
- Boost Radius: 12
- Boost Speed: 8
- Human Behavior: High
on Primary, Secondary and Ground Loot.
Once the script is working consistently, you can tune each profile separately around the weapons you actually use.
Best Shake Style: Type 1
Start with Shake Style: Type 1.
Eclipse V9 includes multiple programmed movement styles, but Type 1 is the clean baseline used by the current GPC.
Changing the style also changes how the Radius and Speed settings behave, so it is best to leave the style unchanged while you tune the other values.
Best Shake Type: Circle
For Shake Type, start with Circle.
The current V9 GPC also contains other selectable movement types, including:
- W Circle
- T Circle
Circle is the most sensible baseline because it is the initial configuration used by the script.
These names describe programmed controller-stick movement. Eclipse V9 is not visually analyzing or tracking targets on the game screen.
Best Shake Radius: 12
Our recommended starting Shake Radius is 12.
Radius controls the size of the programmed stick-movement pattern.
Eclipse V9 allows Radius to be adjusted through a relatively small numeric range, and 12 is the current GPC's first-run value.
If the movement feels too pronounced on your own sensitivity, reduce Radius gradually rather than changing several settings at once.
Best Shake Speed: 8
Start with Shake Speed 8.
Speed changes how quickly Eclipse moves through the selected programmed pattern.
Radius and Speed work together:
- Radius controls movement size.
- Speed controls movement frequency.
For clean testing, keep Radius at 12 while experimenting with Speed.
Best Boost Radius: 12
Eclipse V9 contains a separate Boost Radius.
The source-based starting value is 12.
Boost provides another layer of programmed movement rather than replacing the main Shake Radius.
Because the two systems interact, avoid immediately pushing both to different extremes.
Best Boost Speed: 8
The corresponding Boost Speed baseline is 8.
This matches the current script's first-run setup.
For a balanced configuration, keep:
- Shake Radius 12
- Shake Speed 8
- Boost Radius 12
- Boost Speed 8
together during your initial testing.
Best Human Behavior Setting: High
The current Eclipse V9 GPC supports:
- Off
- Low
- Mid
- High
and initializes Human Behavior at High.
For that reason, High is our recommended starting setting.
This is simply the name of a GPC behaviour option. It should not be interpreted as artificial intelligence learning how a person plays.
Should Ghost Tracker Be On?
We recommend leaving Ghost Tracker off initially.
The current GPC starts with it disabled.
Get the core Shake Radius, Speed and Boost configuration working first before adding another programmed movement mode.
Despite the menu name, Ghost Tracker does not mean that the Cronus Zen is reading the screen or visually tracking another player.
Should Silent Aim Be On?
Start with Silent Aim off.
Again, this matches the current GPC's initial configuration and keeps your first setup simpler.
Eclipse's “Silent Aim” label refers to programmed controller behaviour inside the script. It is not PC-style game-memory silent aim or visual target detection.
Recommended Controller Settings
The controller section is just as important as the aim values.
| Controller Setting | Recommended Starting Point |
|---|---|
| Button Layout | Default or match your game |
| Controller Rumble | Off baseline |
| Deadzone Left | 1 |
| Deadzone Right | 1 |
| Flipped | Off unless used in-game |
| Hair Triggers | On |
| Inverted | Off unless used in-game |
| Stick Layout | Default or match your game |
Deadzone Left and Right: 1
The current Eclipse V9 source initializes both script-side deadzone values at 1.
That makes 1 the correct starting point before adapting the configuration around your own Warzone or Black Ops 7 controller setup.
Deadzone matters because Eclipse creates programmed stick movements, and very small stick values can behave differently depending on how the game treats the center of the analog stick.
Warzone users can read our Warzone Deadzone Settings and Cronus Zen guide for more detail.
Hair Triggers: On
Eclipse V9 starts with Hair Triggers enabled.
We recommend keeping that setting on initially unless you have a specific controller setup that requires otherwise.
Button Layout Must Match Your Game
Even though Default is the script's baseline, the important rule is:
Eclipse V9's Button Layout should match the layout you actually use in Warzone or Black Ops 7.
The script supports multiple layouts including:
- Default
- Tactical
- Lefty
- Nomad / Charlie
- Bumper Jumper
- Bumper Jumper Tactical
- Stick and Move
- Brawler
- Beast
Using the wrong layout can cause automated controller sequences to use the wrong buttons.
Stick Layout Must Match Too
Eclipse supports:
- Default
- Southpaw
- Legacy
- Legacy Southpaw
- Additional no-click-swap variations
Keep this matched to your actual game settings instead of choosing a different layout because it sounds more advanced.
Recommended Gameplay Options
For the cleanest testing configuration, start with most optional automation disabled.
| Option | Recommended Starting Value |
|---|---|
| Auto Ping | Off |
| Auto Slide | Off |
| Drop Shot | Off |
| Hold Breath | Off |
| Profile Switch | Automatic |
These values closely follow Eclipse V9's first-run configuration and keep unrelated movement features from interfering while you tune the main profiles.
Automatic Profile Switching
Start with Profile Switch: Automatic.
Eclipse V9 also provides Manual profile switching if you prefer direct control.
Automatic mode uses the controller states programmed into the GPC. It does not mean the Cronus Zen visually identifies the weapon on screen.
Primary Profile Recommended Values
| Primary Setting | Value |
|---|---|
| Shake Assist | On |
| Shake Style | Type 1 |
| Shake Type | Circle |
| Shake Radius | 12 |
| Shake Speed | 8 |
| Boost Radius | 12 |
| Boost Speed | 8 |
| Human Behavior | High |
| Ghost Tracker | Off |
| Silent Aim | Off |
Secondary Profile Recommended Values
Use the same baseline:
- Shake Assist: On
- Shake Style: Type 1
- Shake Type: Circle
- Shake Radius: 12
- Shake Speed: 8
- Boost Radius: 12
- Boost Speed: 8
- Human Behavior: High
- Ghost Tracker: Off
- Silent Aim: Off
Once your Secondary weapon has been selected, tune this profile separately only if that weapon behaves better with different settings.
Ground Loot Profile Recommended Values
For Warzone, Ground Loot is particularly useful.
Again, start with:
- Radius 12
- Speed 8
- Boost Radius 12
- Boost Speed 8
- Human Behavior High
Keeping all three profiles consistent at first makes troubleshooting much easier.
What About Anti-Recoil Values?
Eclipse V9 contains a large named weapon system rather than relying on one universal anti-recoil number.
For that reason, we do not recommend a single vertical or horizontal recoil value for every Eclipse V9 user.
Your first step should be selecting the correct weapon inside the script.
The result can then depend on:
- Selected weapon
- Primary / Secondary / Ground Loot profile
- Warzone or Black Ops 7 sensitivity
- ADS sensitivity
- Deadzone
- Weapon configuration
Use the script's weapon data as the starting point instead of forcing one recoil number onto every gun.
Why Warzone and Black Ops 7 Can Need Different Tuning
The same Eclipse GPC is available for both games, but that does not mean every controller setting should automatically be identical.
Warzone and Black Ops 7 may use different:
- Weapons
- Loadouts
- Sensitivity configurations
- Deadzone configurations
- Gameplay situations
Use the 12/8 baseline first, then tune around the game you are actually playing.
Balanced Eclipse V9 Setup
For most users, this is our recommended complete starting setup:
| Setting | Balanced Value |
|---|---|
| Shake Assist | On |
| Shake Style | Type 1 |
| Shake Type | Circle |
| Shake Radius | 12 |
| Shake Speed | 8 |
| Boost Radius | 12 |
| Boost Speed | 8 |
| Human Behavior | High |
| Ghost Tracker | Off |
| Silent Aim | Off |
| Deadzone Left | 1 baseline |
| Deadzone Right | 1 baseline |
| Hair Triggers | On |
| Auto Ping | Off |
| Auto Slide | Off |
| Drop Shot | Off |
| Hold Breath | Off |
| Profile Switch | Automatic |
What Should You Adjust First?
If Eclipse V9 does not feel right, use this tuning order:
- Confirm your Button Layout.
- Confirm your Stick Layout.
- Check Flipped and Inverted settings.
- Verify the correct weapon profile.
- Leave Radius at 12 initially.
- Adjust Shake Speed slightly.
- Retest.
- Then adjust Shake Radius if needed.
- Only after that experiment with Boost Radius and Speed.
- Add Ghost Tracker or other optional modes last.
If the Aim Movement Feels Too Strong
Reduce Shake Speed slightly first.
If the programmed movement still feels too large, reduce Shake Radius in small steps.
Avoid changing Radius, Speed, Boost, deadzones and sensitivity simultaneously.
If the Aim Movement Feels Too Weak
Move in the opposite direction gradually.
Keep Radius at 12 and test a small increase in Speed.
If further adjustment is needed, change Radius one step at a time.
When Should You Change Boost?
Only after the main Shake settings have been tested.
Because Eclipse contains separate Shake and Boost controls, changing both layers at the same time makes it harder to determine which setting caused a difference.
Don't Copy Values Without Matching Controller Settings
Two players can use the same Eclipse V9 aim values and still get a different result if their controller configuration is different.
Before copying any values, compare:
- In-game sensitivity
- ADS multiplier
- Deadzone
- Button layout
- Stick layout
- Weapon
- Active Eclipse profile
Warzone Users: Check Your Deadzones
Deadzone is particularly important when tuning smaller programmed stick movements.
If Eclipse feels inconsistent despite using the same values, review our How Warzone Deadzone Settings Affect Cronus Zen Scripts guide.
Warzone Users: Keep ADS Sensitivity Stable
If you change your Warzone ADS sensitivity multiplier after tuning Eclipse, the same programmed controller movement may feel different.
Choose your normal in-game sensitivity first and tune Eclipse around it rather than constantly changing both systems.
Use Small Adjustments
Eclipse V9 offers a wide adjustment range, especially for Speed.
That does not mean you should make large jumps.
A better test would be:
- Speed 8
- Speed 9
- Speed 10
rather than jumping immediately from 8 to 30.
Keep One Known-Good Profile
Because Eclipse has Primary, Secondary and Ground Loot configurations, do not tune all three aggressively at the same time.
Keep at least one profile close to the recommended 12/8 baseline so you always have a reference point.
Recommended Warzone Eclipse V9 Setup
For Warzone Eclipse V9, we recommend:
- Primary: 12 Radius / 8 Speed
- Secondary: 12 Radius / 8 Speed
- Ground Loot: 12 Radius / 8 Speed
- Boost: 12 Radius / 8 Speed
- Human Behavior: High
- Profile Switch: Automatic
- Optional movement mods: Off while initially tuning
Recommended Black Ops 7 Eclipse V9 Setup
For Black Ops 7 Eclipse V9, use the same initial aim configuration:
- Shake Style: Type 1
- Shake Type: Circle
- Shake Radius: 12
- Shake Speed: 8
- Boost Radius: 12
- Boost Speed: 8
- Human Behavior: High
Then select the correct Black Ops 7 weapon profile and tune only if your sensitivity or weapon setup requires it.
Final Recommended Eclipse V9 Values
For a simple starting point, remember:
- Shake Assist: On
- Shake Style: Type 1
- Shake Type: Circle
- Shake Radius: 12
- Shake Speed: 8
- Boost Radius: 12
- Boost Speed: 8
- Human Behavior: High
- Ghost Tracker: Off initially
- Silent Aim: Off initially
- Deadzone Left: 1 baseline
- Deadzone Right: 1 baseline
- Hair Triggers: On
- Profile Switch: Automatic
Final Thoughts
The best place to start with Eclipse V9 is the configuration the current GPC was designed around.
12 Radius and 8 Speed form the core baseline for both the normal Shake and Boost systems, while Human Behavior starts at High and the additional Ghost Tracker and Silent Aim modes remain disabled.
Use those values across Primary, Secondary and Ground Loot first, make sure the correct weapon and controller settings are selected, and then make small changes one setting at a time.
