Best Auren Values for Fortnite Cronus Zen
Before you begin

Start with the recommended baseline, change one value at a time, and test each adjustment under consistent conditions.

Auren is a multi-game Cronus Zen script with a dedicated Fortnite configuration. It includes configurable aim assistance, anti-recoil, weapon detection, Smart Learn, aim tracking, movement macros, build controls and several system-tuning options.

For the most reliable Fortnite starting point, use Auren’s original Fortnite preset. Select FN as the Main Game during first-time setup and keep the remaining setup choices at their defaults.

Recommended First-Time Setup

Use these choices when Auren displays its initial setup assistant:

Setup Option Recommended Selection
Device Match your controller
FPS 120
Main Game FN
Look Sensitivity Medium
Advanced Look No
Aim Curve Exponential
Stick Deadzone 5
AI Learning Yes

Selecting Fortnite applies a different preset from the script’s COD and Other configurations.

The recommended default Fortnite setup produces:

  • Pulse Level: Medium
  • Aim Type: Flow
  • Aim Curve: Exponential
  • Anti-Recoil Vertical: 10
  • Anti-Recoil Horizontal: 2
  • Deadzone: 5
  • Drop Wait: 28
  • Smart Learn: On
  • Auto Detect: On

Best Auren Aim Settings for Fortnite

Use the following Aim category values:

Setting Recommended Value
Aim Assist Master On
Anti Recoil On
Vertical Recoil 10
Horizontal Recoil 2
Pulse Level Medium
Aim Type Flow
Smart Learn On
Bloom On
Aim Curve Exponential
Aim Track On

Aim Assist Master

Auren’s internal Aim Assist master switch is enabled by default.

It is not presented as a normal entry inside the Aim category. It can be quickly toggled by holding L3 and pressing Triangle while neither aiming nor firing.

Keep it enabled for the factory Fortnite configuration.

Pulse Level: Medium

The default setup’s Medium sensitivity choice applies Medium Pulse Level.

Auren provides six Pulse settings:

  • Low-
  • Low
  • Medium
  • High
  • High+
  • Ultra

Internally, Medium uses a base aim-pulse strength of 14. The aim routine then modifies this value using the selected weapon type, FPS mode, Smart Learn data and other active features.

Medium provides a balanced starting point for Fortnite. Higher levels increase the underlying right-stick pattern and may feel unnecessarily aggressive.

Aim Type: Flow

The available Aim Types are:

  • Still
  • Flow

Flow is the default Fortnite selection.

Flow adds the calculated aim movement to the player’s existing right-stick input. Still applies the pattern only while the right stick remains inside the configured deadzone.

Flow is generally the more natural default because it allows normal right-stick movement to continue while the script’s calculated pulse is active.

Aim Curve: Exponential

The Fortnite preset selects Exponential.

The full script offers:

  • Linear
  • Exponential
  • Dynamic
  • Aggressive
  • Classic
  • Tight

When Fortnite is selected and Advanced Look is disabled, the setup assistant automatically uses Exponential.

Players using Fortnite Advanced Look Controls can select Linear or Exponential during setup. The chosen script curve should match the intended controller response rather than being changed randomly.

Smart Learn

Smart Learn is enabled.

The script observes right-stick movement, firing activity and controller rumble. It stores internal vertical and horizontal estimates for different weapon categories.

The supported detected categories are:

  • Assault Rifle
  • SMG
  • LMG
  • Sniper
  • Pistol

These are script-generated estimates. Auren does not receive direct game telemetry or read the weapon name from Fortnite.

Aim Track

Aim Track is enabled by default.

When ADS begins, the script applies a short additional right-stick adjustment for approximately 240ms. The strength is based partly on the selected Pulse Level and FPS mode.

Bloom

Bloom is displayed as On in the Fortnite preset.

However, the dedicated Bloom movement combo only runs while firing when Leg Shake is set to Off. Because the default Leg Shake setting is X, the separate Bloom combo does not normally run under the untouched preset.

Bloom should still remain On to preserve the original configuration.

Best Anti-Recoil Values

Use:

Setting Recommended Value
Anti Recoil On
Vertical 10
Horizontal 2
Smart Recoil On
Recoil Adapt Off

The Fortnite auto-tune routine changes the script’s generic recoil value to:

  • Vertical: 10
  • Horizontal: 2

The initial unconfigured script temporarily contains Vertical 12, but that belongs to its COD-oriented fallback. Selecting FN changes Vertical to 10.

Smart Recoil

Smart Recoil is enabled by default.

With Smart Recoil active, the main recoil routine waits until either:

  • The firing trigger has been held for approximately 180ms, or
  • The script has detected enough firing rumble activity

This reduces immediate recoil correction during very short trigger presses.

Recoil Adapt

Recoil Adapt is Off.

Its available levels are:

  • Off
  • Low
  • Medium
  • High

When enabled, Recoil Adapt gradually adds correction during sustained firing. Leave it Off for the original Fortnite configuration because Smart Recoil and Smart Learn already modify the active correction.

Aim Timing at 120 FPS

The recommended setup selects 120 FPS.

Auren uses the following internal aim-loop waits:

FPS Setting Internal Wait
60 FPS 12ms
120 FPS 9ms

At 120 FPS, the Flow aim pattern advances using 9ms waits. This is one reason the FPS option should match the actual game mode being used.

Do not select 120 FPS when Fortnite is running at 60 FPS solely because the number appears faster.

Best Weapon Settings

Use these defaults:

Setting Recommended Value
Auto Detect On
Burst Fire Off
Quick Scope Off
Anti Flinch On
Auto Reload Off
Smart Recoil On
Rapid Fire Off
Recoil Adapt Off

Auto Detect

Auto Detect is enabled.

The script estimates a weapon category by measuring the time between trigger presses. It then changes internal aim and recoil scaling according to the detected category.

Because detection is based on trigger cadence rather than direct game data, the displayed category should be treated as an estimate.

Anti Flinch

Anti Flinch is enabled.

When the script detects firing rumble while ADS is held, it applies short right-stick corrections based on the current directional input.

Burst Fire

Burst Fire is disabled.

When enabled, the script runs three trigger pulses:

  • 60ms pressed
  • 40ms released

After the third pulse, it waits an additional 120ms.

Leave Burst Fire Off because it is unsuitable for many Fortnite weapons.

Rapid Fire

Rapid Fire is disabled.

When enabled, it uses:

  • 45ms trigger press
  • 45ms trigger release

Keep it Off for the general preset. Enable it only when testing a compatible semi-automatic weapon.

Quick Scope

Quick Scope is Off.

Its internal sequence waits 135ms after ADS activation, presses Fire for 70ms and then releases it for 30ms.

This is not required for the standard Fortnite configuration.

Best Movement Settings

Use the following defaults:

Movement Setting Recommended Value
Dropshot Off
Drop Wait 28ms
Slide Cancel Off
Tac Sprint Off
Sprint Toggle Off
Crouch Toggle Off
Leg Shake X
Edge Sprint Off
Stim Macro Off
Bunny Hop Off
Fast Swap Off
Auto Ping Off
Jitter Off

Leg Shake: X

Leg Shake defaults to X.

The available modes are:

  • Off
  • X
  • Circular
  • F8

The X pattern operates only while the left stick is inside the selected Deadzone. It sends a repeating diagonal left-stick pattern with 22ms stages.

Circular and F8 use faster movement sequences. X is the intended default and should remain selected unless it interferes with movement.

Dropshot and Drop Wait

Dropshot is Off, while its stored Drop Wait value is 28.

When Dropshot is enabled and Fire is held, the script briefly presses R3 for 40ms and then waits for the selected Drop Wait duration.

The original Fortnite preset leaves the feature disabled.

Slide Cancel

Slide Cancel is disabled.

Its activation requires L3 to be held while R3 is pressed. The sequence releases L3, represses it and briefly presses R3.

Tac Sprint

Tac Sprint is disabled.

When active, pressing L3 runs a short repeated L3 sequence. It is not needed for the default Fortnite setup.

Bunny Hop

Bunny Hop is disabled.

When enabled, holding L3 while moving forward repeatedly presses Cross for 30ms and releases it for 30ms.

Fast Swap

Fast Swap is disabled.

Its sequence presses Triangle for 40ms, releases it for 60ms, presses it again for 40ms and finishes with a 40ms release.

Best Fortnite Build Settings

Use:

Build Setting Recommended Value
Turbo Build Off
Edit Macro Off
Pre-Fire Off
Build Layout Builder Pro

These options only run while the script’s Main Game selection is FN.

Turbo Build

Turbo Build is Off.

When enabled, holding the selected shoulder input and Fire generates a repeating Fire pulse:

  • 20ms pressed
  • 15ms released

Edit Macro

Edit Macro is Off.

The control used by the macro depends on the selected Build Layout.

Pre-Fire

Pre-Fire is Off.

When enabled, holding the selected build input with Fire causes the script to suppress the trigger output.

Build Layout

Builder Pro is selected by default.

The available options are:

  • Builder Pro
  • Combat Pro
  • Custom

Builder Pro also affects which controller buttons the Fortnite macros use.

Best Tuning Settings

Use:

Tuning Setting Recommended Value
Deadzone 5
Vibrations On
Zero Delay On
Pickup Macro Off
Hair Trigger Off
Walk ADS Off

Deadzone: 5

The Fortnite preset uses an internal Deadzone value of 5.

This value determines when Auren treats the sticks as centered. It is not automatically the same as Fortnite’s in-game deadzone percentage.

Vibrations: On

Vibrations are enabled.

The script uses controller rumble for Smart Learn, weapon behavior and hit-related calculations. Disabling vibration processing can reduce the information available to those routines.

Zero Delay: On

Zero Delay is enabled.

In this source, Zero Delay holds selected face buttons, D-pad directions and shoulder inputs at full output for approximately 40ms after the initial press.

It does not literally remove every hardware, display or network delay.

Hair Trigger

Hair Trigger is Off.

When enabled, any detected L1, L2, R1 or R2 input is immediately converted to a full 100% output.

Pickup Macro

Pickup Macro is Off.

Available activation choices include:

  • L1 + R1
  • Square
  • L1
  • R1
  • D-pad Down
  • D-pad Left

When enabled, it repeatedly presses Square for 20ms and releases it for 20ms.

Visual and System Defaults

Use:

Setting Recommended Value
LED Mode Still
Idle Style Spider
OLED Theme Normal
Hit Flash On
Device Match controller
FPS 120
Game FN
Profile Profile 1

Auren contains four profiles. All four are initialized with the same starting profile values on a fresh installation.

Profile-specific values include:

  • Deadzone
  • Drop Wait
  • Aim Type
  • Smart Learn
  • Vertical and Horizontal Recoil
  • Anti-Recoil state
  • Zero Delay
  • Vibrations
  • Dropshot
  • Bloom
  • Pickup Macro
  • LED Mode
  • Pulse Level
  • Leg Shake

Auren+ Defaults

Auren+ is disabled by default.

All additional Auren+ options start Off:

Auren+ Setting Default
Performance Off
Auto Pulse Off
Magnet Pull Off
Head Snap Off
Sticky Aim Off
Target Lock Off
Long Range Off
Bullet Kick Off
Smart Switch Off

Several of these settings offer Low, Medium and High levels, but none are part of the default Fortnite configuration.

Leave them Off when reproducing the original preset.

Source Notes

Auren is designed as a multi-game script. Before first-time setup is completed, its reset block temporarily stores COD-oriented values such as:

  • Vertical Recoil: 12
  • Deadzone: 6
  • Drop Wait: 22
  • Pulse Level: High
  • Aim Curve: Dynamic

These are not the intended Fortnite values.

Selecting FN changes the core preset to:

  • Vertical Recoil: 10
  • Horizontal Recoil: 2
  • Deadzone: 5
  • Drop Wait: 28
  • Aim Curve: Exponential

The setup assistant’s default Medium sensitivity choice then keeps Pulse Level at Medium.

Final Recommendations

The best Auren starting configuration for Fortnite is the script’s own FN preset.

The most important settings are:

  • Pulse Level: Medium
  • Aim Type: Flow
  • Aim Curve: Exponential
  • Anti-Recoil: 10 Vertical and 2 Horizontal
  • Deadzone: 5
  • Drop Wait: 28
  • Smart Learn: On
  • Auto Detect: On
  • Smart Recoil: On
  • Anti Flinch: On
  • Aim Track: On
  • Rapid Fire: Off
  • Auren+: Off

Avoid using the temporary COD fallback values simply because they appear before first-time setup. Select FN during onboarding or use Auto Tune after changing the Game setting to Fortnite.

Use controller scripts in accordance with the rules of the game, platform and online service you are using.
