Wolf V1 is a useful example.
Wolf V1 contains a Game Mode setting with options such as:

- Battle Royale
That setting selects which internal Aim Assist preset table the script uses.
It does not mean Wolf V1 automatically detects whether you entered the Firing Range, Battle Royale or another playlist.
You select the script mode yourself.
The Firing Range Is Designed for Controlled Practice
The Apex Legends Firing Range gives you a place to practice with weapons, ammunition and Legends without needing to reproduce those conditions inside a normal match.
That makes it ideal for testing whether a script basically works.
You can repeatedly test:
- The same weapon
- The same optic
- The same attachments
- The same target distance
- The same recoil burst
- The same Aim Assist preset
That repeatability makes problems much easier to identify.
A Real Match Removes That Consistency
